My father opened our first Pita restaurant in the highlands in 1995. We started out as Pita Pantry. Over the years our name and location has changed and the menu has evolved. Always serving authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine. Our family recipes contain traditional spices and flavors passed on from generation to generation. Every plate becomes a culinary journey taking you across the Mediterranean. Eat-A-Pita also features an amazing blend of tasty American dishes all served on warm pita. Enjoy your local favorites like Philly Cheesesteak, Cordon Bleu and Teriyaki. Our menu has a generous selection of healthy Vegan-Vegetarian options which caters to a variety of tastes and sensibilities. Also enjoy middle eastern-inspired fruit drinks, tea and Turkish Coffee.
It doesn't get more traditional then our family recipe! Made with cooked chick-peas blended with tahini sauce, lots of garlic and spiced up with dads famous hot sauce. This dish won't disappoint.
